The English Soap Company finishes year with trio of awards

Sussex-based luxury soap manufacturer The English Soap Company is celebrating after being recognised in three different award schemes – one national and two local.

 

The company’s success culminated in being named International Business of The Year in the 2021 Sussex Business Awards held at The Grand Brighton in early December.

 

The black-tie ceremony, which recognised the outstanding achievements of the county’s business community, was hosted by the award-winning comedian Zoe Lyons.

 

In this year’s Rural Business Awards The English Soap Company beat businesses from across the whole of the ‘East’ Region to win the award for Best Rural Innovation. The national finals will be held in February.

 

And in this year’s recent Great British Entrepreneur Awards, The English Soap Company was a finalist in the ‘Made in the UK’ category.

 

There were hundreds of entries for all of the awards and the successes in the Sussex Business Awards and the Rural Business Awards were a first for the company.
