LNPS launches review initiative

Reviews are vital in an online world. Potential customers rely on them to make decisions about possible purchases. They replace word-of-mouth and the ability to actually touch a product before buying.


There is a problem though, people aren't naturally inclined to write reviews unless they are asked or they want to complain. This can create an imbalance for any company, giving the wrong impression.


London Network for Pest Solutions (LNPS) is taking the bull by the horns and is now offering a £50 Love2shop voucher a month to one lucky reviewer. The 'winner' is chosen at random from the people writing a review on Google. The entrant must also send a copy to the LNPS office to ensure it is a genuine review.

In an online world, it is important to make sure you are getting reviews that reflect the brilliance of your service. Initiatives such as this provide the incentive people need to start tapping on their keyboards.
