London Network for Pest Solutions has been shortlisted for a national industry award.

LNPS, based in Newham, London, is one of three companies to be shortlisted in the Sustainability Initiative category.
The award entry focused on the business’s dedicated ‘proofing’ team which is helping to banish pests from homes for good.
Managing Director Paul Cooper said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have our pioneering approach recognised in this way. LNPS is a small company and to be recognised nationally in this way for our work is a real testament to our amazing team.
“We hope that, if we win, other local authority teams and private pest control operators will be encouraged to focus on proofing.
“Overall, we would like to be recognised for ‘doing the right thing’ for our customers, staff and the environment and not simply focusing on profits like some of our competitors.”
The team consists of a dedicated pest proofing surveyor, an administrator and three, multi-trades pest-trained technicians. The technicians are equipped to deal with dismantling and replacing kitchens which enables them to get to the fabric of buildings, not just surface proofing. They use a full range of materials including wire wool, quick-setting cement, rodent-proof mesh and rodent barrier. All these materials help to prevent pest reinfestation.
The National Pest Awards are the centrepiece of the pest industry calendar, recognising those who have excelled in pest control across the UK. The awards focus on pest controllers at the coalface and the businesses that employ them. Last year, LNPS won the Diversity and Inclusion Award.
The LNPS team will learn whether they have won the category at the award ceremony being help at Old Trafford in Manchester on September 17th 2025.
London Network for Pest Solutions exemplifies how a company can achieve business growth while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service. Through strategic initiatives focused on employee development, technological advancement, customer-centric practices, and community engagement, LNPS continues to set a high standard in the pest control industry.
