The English Soap Company shortlisted for Innovation Award

We are pleased to announce The English Soap Company has been named a finalist in the Best Rural Innovation category at this year’s Rural Business Awards (East Region).

Our work with The English Soap Company, and its parent company Christina May Ltd., centres around improving their profile through business awards. So far, this long term strategy has resulted in them winning:

In addition, they have also been shortlisted for Manufacturer of the Year at the Made in the South East Awards and been named finalists at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and Good Retail Awards.

Our plan means we work closely with Managing Director Oliver Butts and his team, researching, writing and submitting the awards, before promoting their successes.

Started in 2014, the Rural Business Awards were established to give recognition to companies operating in the rural sector. Best Rural Innovation promotes the development and implementation of innovative practices that benefit the lives of those living and working in rural locations, while also improving financial outcomes, operational efficiencies and customer engagement.

The regional winners will be announced during an online presentation on 29th October 2021.

Christina May Ltd. and The English Soap Company are based in Waldron, near Heathfield. Founded in 2000, they now manufacture over five million soap bars every year.
